Felt Systems Roofing

Traditionally the most popular of the flat roofing options built up felt systems commonly are used as part of a 2 or 3 layer system. Coming in a variety of self-finished mineral colours which provide a solar reflective finish to this built up waterproof system.
Felt performs well in heat, cold, wind and snow it’s also easy to maintain and repair.
3 layers are required by building regulations for habitable areas of the home as standard but if this solution is being used for a garage or shed, only 2 layers are needed. This flat roofing solution is the most cost effective but because of the hot flame is always recommended to be installed by professionals such as ourselves.
When laid correctly, this system has a proven track record, with a life span in excess of 20 years.
